Dr. Herman van Niekerk is a professor, business strategist, and knowledge management expert. He teaches in the Doctoral Business Program at the University of Phoenix, specializing in organizational learning and executive leadership. Previously, he was Director at Suritec, developing knowledge management solutions and geospatial intelligence systems. He also served as an Associate Professor and MBA Program Director at Business School Netherlands. Earlier, as a First Secretary at the UN, he advised the South African government on its transition to democracy. He holds a Ph.D. from Stellenbosch University and a Master’s in Educational Philosophy. His expertise spans strategic intelligence, business transformation, and global policy advisory.
