Job Overview

Ginkgo-AI is seeking experienced Account Executives to drive business development and technical sales for our cutting-edge AI and IT solutions.

This role is ideal for highly motivated professionals with a strong background in enterprise technology sales, artificial intelligence, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex IT solutions to enterprise clients, preferably in the healthcare, government, and financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities, build relationships, and lead the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Present and demonstrate Ginkgo-AI’s RAG-based AI solutions, cloud-based deployments, and integration services to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points and position Ginkgo-AI’s solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with technical teams, engineers, and product managers to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Represent Ginkgo-AI at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 10 years of direct business development and technical sales experience in IT, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience working with large enterprises, government agencies, or healthcare organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (MBA, Computer Science, or a related field) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare, financial services, or government contracting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms.
  • Understanding of AI-driven Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and data integration services.
