Job Summary
We seek an Associate AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI applications. This role is ideal for an early-career developer passionate about AI/ML, large language models (LLMs), and NLP.
You will collaborate with senior AI developers, data scientists, and engineers to build AI solutions for enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and deploying AI models, focusing on LLMs and NLP-based applications.
- Implement vector-based search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval techniques.
- Write efficient code in Python, Java, or other AI-focused languages.
- Support API development and integrate AI models with enterprise applications.
- Work with vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone) and data pipelines.
- Follow MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with teams to develop AI-powered solutions aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on machine learning, deep learning, and AI infrastructure.
- Debug AI model inference, data ingestion, and deployment issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related areas.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Understanding of NLP techniques, transformers, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and knowledge graphs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps tools for AI lifecycle management.
- Prior exposure to Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare AI applications.
