Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Associate Integrator to support the integration and deployment of AI-powered solutions into enterprise IT environments. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a strong foundation in software integration, APIs, and enterprise systems, looking to grow in the field of AI-driven IT integration and enterprise architecture.
The Associate Integrator will work alongside senior integrators, AI engineers, and software developers to ensure seamless interoperability between AI solutions and external enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the integration of AI systems with enterprise applications, databases, and document management systems.
- Work with APIs, middleware, and connectors to facilitate data exchange between AI models and external platforms.
- Support integration with document management systems, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
- Develop and test RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and message-based communication interfaces.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in on-premise and cloud-based environments.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of AI system integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, and DevOps teams to optimize deployment workflows.
- Maintain integration documentation, technical reports, and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Learn and apply best practices for data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in enterprise software integration, API development, or IT implementation.
- Proficiency in API development (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and database integration.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of networking, authentication, and security protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Knowledge of MLOps and AI model deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare IT systems.
