Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Integrator to design and manage the integration of AI-powered solutions with enterprise IT environments. This role requires deep expertise in enterprise software integration, API development, and system architecture, along with leadership skills to guide integration teams in deploying and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
The Lead Integrator will work closely with AI developers, solution architects, and implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment and interoperability of Ginkgo-AI’s Metis and Hermes platforms across cloud-based and on-premise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration strategies for AI-based applications with enterprise IT systems.
- Develop and manage APIs, middleware, and connectors for seamless data exchange.
- Lead integration efforts with document management systems, relational databases, NoSQL databases, and enterprise applications (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Slack, MySQL, Oracle, DB2).
- Ensure compatibility with healthcare IT systems, including Medicaid and Medicare platforms.
- Work with DevOps and software engineering teams to deploy AI microservices and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability of integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (HIPAA, SOC 2, FISMA).
- Lead technical workshops and provide training on best practices for system integration and AI adoption.
- Document integration architectures, processes, and best practices for internal and client use.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software integration, system architecture, or IT implementation.
- Strong expertise in API development (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and middleware integration.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem IT infrastructure.
- Experience with database integration (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Knowledge of enterprise messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with enterprise authentication and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT, LDAP).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with Medicaid, Medicare, or other healthcare IT systems.
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and real-time data processing.
- Experience with AI model integration, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect.
